Andrew Hahn
Manager/Agent
Drew has been an agent with Farmers’ and Laborers’ since 2008. Drew began his career with F&L as an agent with an emphasis on farm-related property and equipment. Drew was promoted to acting General Manager in February 2020 but still serves in the agent capacity as well. Drew’s goal is to ensure his clients have proper coverage of their property while protecting the assets and future of F&L and its policyholders.
In Drew’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children camping and boating, as well as operating their small family farm in Centralia.

Brandie Kinnaman
Assistant Manager
Brandie began employment with F&L in the summer of 2021 after spending almost seven years with a neighboring mutual. Brandie’s focus is the office and claims management, customer relations, and policy processing. Brandie’s goal is to help maintain the flow of claims to ensure policyholders receive timely and appropriate information regarding claim settlement and processing.
Brandie resides in Paris, Missouri with her husband and two children. In her free time, Brandie spends most of her time at her children’s sporting events and enjoys camping at Mark Twain Lake.

Jackie Vaughn
Administration
Jackie began her position with F&L in January of 2020. Jackie is the hub of the office and keeps everyone in line. Jackie is the first point of contact with policyholders and potential clients. Jackie takes great pride in her relationship with policyholders and it is that care and concern that sets Jackie apart.
Jackie resides in Mexico, Missouri with her husband, and they have one adult son. Jackie enjoys spending her free time traveling with her husband, antiquing, thrifting, and cooking for family and friends.

Emily Heimer
Agent
Emily is no stranger to the F&L family. Emily began her time with F&L back in 2013 in Administration, coming from a neighboring mutual where she was a licensed agent. After taking some time off to start a family Emily returned to F&L as a part-time agent. Emily works in the Centralia and Mexico area, and north of Mexico serving clients in Moberly, Paris, Monroe City, and Palmyra, Missouri.
Emily resides in Centralia, Missouri with her husband and two young children. Emily enjoys gardening, homeschooling, Bible study, and community events.

Tracy Wilburn
Agent
Tracy obtained her insurance license in early 2021 and has become a great asset to Farmers’ and Laborers’. Tracy takes the lead on most of our eastern policies and quotes, servicing the areas of Vandalia, Laddonia, Perry, Center, and Martinsburg, Missouri.
Tracy and her husband operate a farming operation outside of Laddonia where they reside with their youngest child. Tracy is active in her community and local school district and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
